Can sales funnel be filled via Social efforts? That was the challenge we were given by Windstar Cruises. Created the strategic framework of #Windstarred which had many meaning to the brand and consumers. Developed strategic direction for #Windstarred and how to track leads pre and post funnel. We looked at Windstar in a holistic manner and saw that social is a challenge in the luxury cruising category. Windstar could boost Social Engagement, both on and offshore and fully leverage user-generated content (UGC) to drive sales.
